Hello! I am Lara, a 25 yr old female PhD student conducting archival research for the summer period. I am looking for a (preferably) single room with an accessible washer/dryer and a shared kitchen. I am interested in either subletting or a short-term lease for the month of July 2026 only.
About me: I am a university student currently in my research and examination phase. I am also a vegetarian but am respectful of all diets. I have experience sharing a space and am understanding of personal boundaries. I can also assist in caring for plants and pets during my temporary letting period for those on holiday. If needed, I can provide a reference from my current landlord.
