Looking for chilled friendly houseshare

I am 35, and am starting a new job with Derbyshire Wildlife Trust at the end of April, moving from Norwich.

I'm looking for a double room somewhere commutable to Matlock, would ideally like somewhere homely and with housemates who like to share things like cook together, watch tv, play boardgames and live in a bit of a communal way rather than an anonymous houseshare.

I like to be in an environmentally concious house and would quite like a bit of garden to grow some veg etc if possible, but not a deal breaker.

I like to spend a lot of my spare time outside, walking, running, food growing and general exploring, but also love bouldering, evenings out, rubbish tv binges and cooking together in the house.

Also up for a short term place while i find my feet and get the lay of the land!

Also up for buddy ups.

I have a little cat who may or may not be moving with me.
