I'm Looking for a Single/Double Room to rent

Hi, I'm Wije (as in VJ) and I'm a 26 year old male.

I'm a professional chef working in a busy (turkish mediterranean cuisine) restaurant by the river in the town center of Kingston Upon Thames.

I recently completed my masters degree in civil engineering from Kingston University London.

I'm searching for a single or double room possibly with all the amenities listed.

I'm open for house sharing options, buddy ups or even living with the landlord.

I'm from Sri Lanka originally and I've lived in London since December 2022.

I'm open to meeting new people and socialising as well, but I also prefer having my own privacy.

I prefer cleanliness, neatness and tidyness above all, and living with noisy and messy flatmates/landlords doesn't suit me very well.

I prefer a quite place.

As I work at a restaurant, I would be having early mornings and late night shifts and I also expect a place with the freedom to cook at any time I want.

Pets don't bother me at all, as long as the property doesn't get messed up.

If we were to buddy up or be housemates I'd expect to keep the living areas, kitchen and toilets very clean, neat and tidy at all times and if this is not possible, sorry, I don't prefer partnering with you.

I like to stay active all the time, and I go to the gym frequently. I'm a boxer and I've been training boxing since my childhood. I try to live a healthy lifestyle as much as I can, and I love to eat right and cook for myself. Although, occasional drinks with would do no harm at all.

My budget is around £750 per month maximum (all bills included), so, if you are looking for a flatmate, or you have an ideal place that you'd like to move into and are looking for a housemate, please shoot me a text and I'll be happy to have a look at the property.
