Looking for a double room available from May/June

Hey there,

I'm looking for a cosy flat on a long-term basis. I've shared flats with many people. So I'm familiar with what to expect and what's expected from me.

Availability & Location:
I work full-time (currently no WFH) and plan to move into a new flat in May or June 2024. Ideally, I'm looking for a location in Zone 2/3, East or North London, within a 10-minute walkable distance from a tube station.

About Me:
*Non-Smoker & No Pets*
I might be a bit shy when we first meet, but I'm ready to be more open! One thing to know about me is that I'm good at cleaning and keeping things tidy. As you can see in the pictures, I like to keep my items organised. I'm quiet and respectful, not a party type of person. I always treat the flat where I live like my home and look after it, my ex-landlord loves me for that.

If you'd like to know more about me:
I might go out bouldering, hang out with friends, or take a walk in the parks during weekends. If not, you'll find me enjoying some me-time in my room or living room.

Ideal Flatmate - Female Only:
1. Organise and clean up after themselves.
2. Definitely not a noise maker (I'm living with a very noisy flatmate, so every day feels like torture).
3. Respect each other's private space and boundaries.
4. Easy to communicate with (the key to everything, hehe).

I'd love to spend time catching up/hanging out with my flatmate. But equally, I'm considerate and respect both public and private spaces. I'd appreciate it if they have their own thing going on too.
