Double room wanted

I am a Site Manager
I have a contract coming up in
Nottingham

My dates are as follows.
18 April till june

(*** possible to change to longer duration depending on progression on site...

Ideally looking for a room near town centre. Or within reasonable walking distance Of town centre,
To rent a Property with parking.

I would request/require a short let if we could discuss. These nights including the weekend

I work long hours. 7days a week. On Backshift for 3 weeks then on Days for 4 weeks.

Previous times iv used spare room the landlords have said they barely even know im there as they rarely see me. Im either out working or sleeping fpr next shift.. or simply relaxing , playing playstation or away out for a look around.

I am sociable person, talkative, very easy going. Clean, Respectful.
Always do my dishes & washing up, clean up after cooking.
(Goes without saying really)
