One month let in Exeter City centre

Hello :)

I'm Charlotte, 27, from London, and I'm looking for a short-term room in Starcross/Dawlish from March to June 2026, while I’m in the area for PhD research.

I'm a warm, sociable and respectful person who really values living in a friendly, homely environment. I’ve lived in lots of shared spaces over the years and always try to bring a thoughtful, open and caring energy to wherever I live. I’m independent and busy with my own things, but also love sharing chats over tea, occasional house dinners, and looking out for one another.

Outside of my research, I’m into contemporary dance, films, sauna, cold water swimming, and learning languages – a bit of trash TV is always a joy! I enjoy a balance of time alone and fun time with housemates, and really appreciate homes where people take care of the space and communicate well.

I’d love to live somewhere clean, calm and warm – ideally with people who are community-minded, kind and open to shared living. I’m not a big party person, so I’m after a peaceful vibe, but with warmth and connection too.

I'm open to different kinds of setups – flat-shares, sublets, or family homes – and ideally looking for something furnished and within easy reach of the university or city centre.
