Outdoor enthusiast looking for creative home!

Hello!

I am 31 year old wildlife conservationist who has just excepted a job with Devon County Council. I am looking for a double room in a house share or small one bedroom (not studio) flat within a 40 minute commute of Exeter. Ideally somewhere with a community feel, some activities and things going on at the weekend/evenings; cute cafes and independent shops.

I am looking for a house to share with no more than 3 other people, who enjoy socialising, but also have their own interests! I love creatives (being one myself) and I am keen to find a place we can make into a cosy home, with lots of plants, art and trinkets!

I enjoy/spend a lot of my time outdoors walking, beach/river swimming, hiking and photographing wildlife, as well as a social pub evening maybe with live music!

I am a clean and respectful house mate, who always tidies up after herself when I am done with things and would like the same!
