I'm 60, very healthy, British/Irish, working professional in IT.

Ex Armed Forces, so very neat, tidy, organised and minimalist.

Very quiet person, also able and happy to do DIY tasks around the place if you like, to save contractors.

No car but I ride a mid-sized motorcycle which isn't one of the noisy types.

I'm moving up to the Stoke area from London partly for work and partly to be near family. Currently temporarily living with a cousin in Miles Green.

I have a cousin buying a house locally that Ill share with him in about a year to 18 months so just need a simple place until then. Ready to move any day.
