Room Wanted in South Wales & West

Looking for room in South Wales area (South West England & Marches also considered though proximity to train station preferred) to be close to elderly parent and do research for a writing project. I am a quiet person and I clean up after myself. I love gardening and cooking and, though I still occasionally eat meat, I find myself becoming increasingly vegetarian but not quite vegan. A companionable arrangement would be great, so I am ideally looking to share with one other person of roughly the same age but not necessarily. I work in education though not classroom-based and can work anywhere with a good broadband connection. Pets are no problem as I have done (and still do) a lot of pet/housesitting 😊.
