Clean and quiet sanctuary required

I'm a single person with a grown up child who has flown the nest. Myself and my dog are looking for a quiet and clean residence, where I can work from home, and be near some lovely walks to take my pup on in my breaks. I have a second job teaching swimming part-time, so pretty busy, but love my down time. I'm fairly social, as in I love socialising, and get it in where I can. If I want a rare late night party I go out, but home is my sanctuary and I like a quiet home
