Looking for Room

Hi! I’m a 29-year-old Aussie working in London as a principal analyst/data scientist. I’m in the office 2 days a week and work from home the rest, so I’m looking for a room with space for a proper desk and a quiet setup on WFH days.

I’m clean, tidy and respectful in shared areas, reliable with rent/bills, and easy to live with. Outside work I’m into the gym, a good pub, trying new food spots and travelling whenever I can. I’m sociable and up for a drink or dinner, but I also appreciate downtime.

Location-wise I’m mainly looking around Highgate / Crouch End / Muswell Hill, or south of the river around Clapham and nearby areas — but I’m flexible for the right place and the right people. Budget is around £1,500/month (flexible for the right room/house).

Ideally I’m after a smaller household — just a couple of housemates rather than a big house-share — and I’d love a home that feels friendly, where we actually get on and could become mates.

I’m also open to buddying up to find a place together. I’ve already got a good amount of my own furniture and kitchen bits, so I can help get a place set up nicely.
