Looking for a short term let

Hi!
My landlady just gave me 2 months notice meaning I need a new place from end of May (or mid-May, with a rent overlap that allows for stress-free move). I work full-time at the Royal Sussex County Hospital and in my spare time I go to the gym or on long walks along the sea. I'm looking for a place where I can relax and unwind with friendly housemates. I enjoy hanging out, making food together, drink in a pub every now and then. I'm clean, respectful and friendly.

Ideally, I'm looking for a place in the Seven Dials/train station area where I live now, or in Kemptown close to my work.
