Room wanted for professional & dog

Hi there, my name is Tammy and I’m a professional pet sitter and dog walker based in South East London.

I have a female labrador mix called Roxy and we are looking for accommodation from the end of September onwards for a few months, pending a property purchase. We are looking for a short-mid term tenancy with a possibility to extend. We ideally need a large-ish bedroom, so there’s a bit of space for her bed and I have a car, so a parking space or ability to apply for a permit would be a great addition.

Roxy is generally a gentle, quiet soul who sleeps a lot. She’s got arthritic joints and is a bit stiff and creaky. She is not a huge fan of small children but she does love a pat and a cuddle and will give you a look that tells you she hasn’t been fed in a while!
She sometimes comes on walks with me and sometimes I leave her at home in my room, where she will sleep.

We are pretty flexible with the type of person(s) we share a home with and we appreciate a calm and quiet environment, with the occasional chance to socialise and chat.
