Full time Worker lookng for Lovely sound people

I'm really looking for a solid year, Im working in South Leeds. So preferably somewhere near by.

I have an 8 week policy where if its not working out for whatever reason, I need 8 weeks minimum to move out.
Its impossible to do it in 4 weeks especially when you work full time and have the standards that I have for living.

I'm a full time chef.
Single, no kids, and no pets - I don't wish to live with someone with pets or kids.
I'm healthy and im trying to find a reasonable deal.
I keep myself to myself.
I will not move into a Dirty or Smelly house so if you have skid marks and pubes on your toilet, count me out,
I dont mind smokers so long as its outside the house, cmon its not hard.
I cannot stand B. O so if you don't wear deodorant, don't write to me.

Asides from that.

I enjoy my own time and space.
I love baking, I like cooking for people, I enjoy a run and a cold plunge.

Ive written £700
I want to live on a farm. out in the countryside normally 400-500 a room per month all in.
I may need something closer to a City/Town Centre probably 700 per month with an en suite and parking and other amenities

it could be you have a room for £400 a month and its on a farm in the middle of the sticks.

I think of myself as a great house mate/ Tennent. I want a lovely house mate or Landlord in return. I want someone who works, I want an optimist, I want someone who is a decent team player. I will benefit you, I want you to benefit me.

Ive moved quite a bit, but there have been some places that have really been such a waste of time. Christmas round the corner, my busiest time. and I just need somewhere to call home and cook a hot meal and lie my head down and wash my clothes.
