Looking For A Flatmate For Later This Year

Hello! My current tenancy ends in November, and i’ve been viewing a few places that are available around then (2 bed flats) Looking for a flatmate as my darling flatmate is moving in with her bf next year (traitor 💔) (kidding very happy for her)

I am 19, but she is 26 and it has worked completely fine so not too fussed about age.
I work full time (hospitality 🥲) so will be out of the house quite a lot, and back (quietly) around midnight most days, but so so so down for movie nights and a couple nights out a month on days off.

if you like pizza that’s amazing bc you get my staff discount at my workplace, also i am queer and have a girlfriend so only queer friendly people pls!! i don’t care if you smoke cigarettes but i am not 420 friendly im afraid (just can’t hack the smell) and tbh im pretty chill about most things.

My maximum is £900 a month including bills but very happy to pay less than that. Plan is to find a roommate and then decide on a place together (i have a few options already) so this is mainly to find people i want to live with.

to clarify- not a student, so preferably would like someone else who isn’t a student to we can share the council tax but isn’t a dealbreaker :)
