Mature Student Looking For Double

Hi! I’m looking to live near the centre/Moulsecoomb though I'm happy to be a bit closer to the seaside - I'm after a double with enough space for a large desk, but please no student/party houses. I stopped drinking a few years ago & don't smoke.

I have a background in occupational therapy & am looking to start my own private practice after I graduate my MSc this year :) I'm studying research methods & currently volunteer with a queer organisation as an accessibility consultant & social media manager.

I’m tidy & friendly though I can keep to myself, and I’m very respectful of maintaining shared spaces. I don't cook much, but I’d be willing to clean up &/ help with prep if folks are interested in shared meals! I enjoy gardening, digital art & crochet. Four-legged housemates are very welcome too.
