🟡 I am looking for a new home and want to rent a room/studio for the long term. What is essential for me:
🟢 (!) En-suite and modern place.
🟢 (!) No more than 2 flatmates (including me – 3).
🟢 (!) Near the train station and groceries (no more than 10-15 minutes to the station BY WALK).
🟢 Clean place, good sound and heat insulation.
🟢 High-speed Internet.

💸 Budget: 1000 pounds (including bills).
