I'd like to remain in London!

I'm looking to stay in our beautiful capital city and need to move out of my current rental around June but have flexibility before and after. The landlord plans to sell.

I'm easy going but clean(!), especially in communal areas. Happy to chat/hang out sometimes but also content to chill in my room or go out too.

Ideally, the new place will have a shared lounge and garden/patio/balcony but with my budget, that's not a deal breaker.

I am half way through writing a novel after studying a masters recently and enjoy my job at the British Museum.

If you are a good and friendly person/people, we'll get on just fine!
