I'm David, a 30 year old guy looking for either a small flat share or 1 bedroom studio.
I'm looking for a quiet place that I can call home whilst I work 5 days a week at an early stage tech startup in the centre of London.
I'm clean, friendly and am into fitness, sports, hiking and good food.
Given my busy work schedule, all I would need in a flat is comfort and good location given I'll be needing to get to and from work without the commute being too difficult.
