Your future housemate?

Hi there,

I’m George (hopefully your future tenant). I’m a 31 year y/o professional currently living in Watford, Hertfordshire. I’m looking for a large double room (preferably with en-suite) in a house/flat with 1-2 others.

I work for a media agency in West London and we currently do 3 days in the office and 2 days wfh. My interests include fitness, sport (football and F1), motoring, good food and, when I have time, gaming. I’m down for socialising a house; dinner, game nights etc but also appreciate when people want their space (myself included).

My preferences are:
- Large double room (as I will be wfh 2x a week)
- Parking is essential (driveway or street)
- £800-£900 budget + bills
