I am 25 a professional working in finance and am looking for a room to rent in south west. I’ve been in London 3 years so lots of my friends live in Clapham/Balham area so looking to live near them. I’m looking for a short term contract ahead of my travelling in October starting from February/March and ending around September. I’m laid back, tidy and highly social, I love a good bottomless brunch and sunny pub garden. I will be working 9-5 mon to Friday and in office 3 days a week.
