Seeking a room from mid-April

Hi! I'm looking for a room as my landlord's moving back in. Available from Mon 13th April with a few week's flex.

Open to mid term at first (ie. 6 months), then extending if everyone's happy.

Ideal place - A home with a shared living space and at least 1 bathroom per 3 people.
Both furnished and semi or unfurnished ok.

House feel - Collaborative, open-minded and respectful. I'm not into house parties but we should all be comfortable singing in the shower or being a little weird! I'm always up for getting to know each other but if you prefer a quick "hi" here and there that's fine too :)

Social style - Tea and cake, movies, trying a new hobby or class, body doubling on painful to-do list items, day trips, extreme sports (read: easy hikes, breathwork). Prefer a cosy pub over anything too busy.

Current interests - Self development, creativity and culture. Lately this includes anatomy, physiology and holistic health; sewing and jewellery making; UX design; and planning solo travel (in last 3 years, Croatia, Scotland, Portugal x2; Spain x2. Fingers crossed for longer distance next time).

I work in analytics with a hybrid office policy, so seeking a household that supports a balanced amount of WFH.

Kitchen/living room exists but not shared, and/or lodgings expecting the lodger to be out at set times or "be busy during the day and enjoy spending evenings and weekends exploring the city or travelling" (aka: live-in landlords who want other people to pay the mortgage on their home but not physically live in it).
