Hi I’m Katy and I’m looking for a room! I’m 27 and work in research support at a university.

I’m big into rugby and watch games as often as I can. I enjoy being social and lots of my friends from uni are based in London so won’t be completely attached at the hip but I really want to be friends with the people I live with. Big fan of chilled pub nights and nights in, but also love a night out when the mood is right.

I’m also a pretty good cook and love good food so happy to cook dinner for the house from time to time as well as going out and trying new restaurants.

I have lived with a mix of friends and strangers at uni so I’m used living with others and adapting to how they like things. I’m clean and tidy but also pretty chill so won’t start an argument over a single unwashed plate.

I’m ideally looking for a double room with a desk (or is large enough that I can get a desk) because I do WFH a few days each week. I’m not really too fussy about where the house just as long as my travel time to work isn’t completely ridiculous. Preferably I’d like the house to have a sitting room so that socialising with everyone is a little easier, and I’d like a garden but it’s not the end of the world if there isn’t one. My budget is £1100 maximum (bills excluded happy to go up if bills are included) though I’d obvi rather pay less.
