Young professional looking for a room in Edinburgh

My name is Dalia and I am looking for a place to rent in Edinburgh from May 2026.

A little bit about me… I’m 24 and originally from a small town near Barcelona. I first moved to Scotland for uni in 2019. After five years studying biomed in Dundee, I moved back home for a bit, and now I’m coming back to Scotland, looking to move in early May hehe.

I work remotely, so I’m looking for a place that can really feel like home and where I can be comfortable using the common spaces, so I don’t have to be cooped up in my room.

Besides that, I’m an active and outdoorsy person and will most likely spend a lot of my weekends out in the hills. Hiking, hill running, cycling, wild swimming… if it’s outdoors, I’m there!

Regarding the flat dynamic, I’m clean, organised and generally quiet. I’ve shared flats before, so I know the importance of getting along and everyone contributing to keeping the spaces neat. I guess my only requirement is that I have a bike, so it would be good to have space (in my room or somewhere else in the flat) to store .
