26 Year Old Professional Looking for Double Room

Hi,

I’m Calem - not a typo, just a questionable name - a 26 year old professional about to finish qualification as a patent attorney (so hit me up if you have any inventions). I spend a good amount of time working, studying for legal exams, and am doing a part time LLB, so the risk of a Project X situation is slim.

In my free time I play cricket, football, golf, and (ropily) guitar, and enjoy photography, skiing, music, and reading. I have renounced drinking but, nobly, still socialise.

I grew up in London but have a Kiwi dad and am decently travelled (read: not sheltered or a total gammon).

Despite preferring most dogs’ company to the average human’s, I don’t have my own since landlords are immune to that warm fuzzy feeling.

I’m looking for a double room with (at least space for) a reading chair and maybe a desk, and ideally an ensuite but beggars and choosers. My budget is £1100 pm, though this can stretch if bills are included.
