Hi! I'm looking to rent a room in or near Brighton. I work part time in childcare and am also studying from home to be a 3D artist, so a reasonable internet speed is preferred.
I'm a naturally tidy person and will take good care of the place, am comfortable with anybody as a housemate.
Excited to meet like-minded people and dive more into the Brighton culture as well as the surrounding area! I have a stable income so there's no concern about missing rent, and a reference can be provided from my previous long-term landlord.
