Looking to rent in Dvon with (Non- British)

Hey all . .

I'm looking for ensuite or studio apartment to rent for the next 3 months.

Prefer either private studio , ensuite or shared with non-British housemates
(especially the conservative austere boring Scrooges).

I Smoke more than Bob Marley and I enjoy it
. . I smoke from home, not outside,
Cos my natural additive free tobacco has no bad smell.

I usually leave the heating on 24/7 even in the summer and even when I'm not at home. . I don't mind spending extra to be warm.

I Don't work hard, I work Smart..
with few clicks on my PC, I can make enough to pay the rent and make tax-free profit.
So if you require full time job and want me to tick too many boxes or got too many stupid house rules,
you better find someone else who fits into your miserable life.

Looking to rent from (June - August),
Can pay up to 2000/month.

Prefer no alcohol at home, any NHS idiots, and no old buildings that looks cool but full of damp.
