I'm looking for a studio apartment or a 1 bed flat preferably within ~40min travel distance to Canary Wharf. Would like the full property, not just a single room. My budget is £1300 pcm (Inc bills) but willing to pay a little more for decent places. Will be working as a full time software engineer starting in September (already recieved and signed a contract).
About me:
Currently a full-time student studying at the University of Sheffield. I'm due to graduate June 2024 and will be doing an internship in London over the summer so will have more than enough to pay deposit and 5 weeks rent upfront. I don't smoke/drink and I'm very clean.
