Mature student room needed

I'm currently a professional based in London. Starting a MA in illustration from September I'm looking for somewhere in falmouth or Penryn for my studies. Preferably with other students either on their third year or also studying further education but also open to professionals as well. Need a decent ish sized room that has a desk, double bed preferred. Street parking or off road parking ideal as I have a car, happy to use this with housemates to pop to the shops or explore Cornwall! I studied in falmouth previously so know the area well, would get along with pets and friendly people who enjoy socialising and the outdoors but aren't into heavy partying.
