URGENT! I was set to move into a new flat, but the Landlord pulled a fast one on me and pulled out of the deal. Now, due to a lack of availability in Winchester, I run the risk of homelessness due to factors outside of my control. I need to sort out some accommodation ASAP.

Finally, I am a benefit claimsnt currently on a fixed income and seeking help from the Job Centre in order to help me transition back into the workplace as I have been medically unfit to work for a long time, and I am hoping to start volunteer work.
