Looking for a new place in Islington

Hi lovely Spareroom community!

I am looking for a new place to settle in my favourite part of London - preferably somewhere between Angel, Canonbury and Holloway road.

Ideally I am looking for a small 1-bedroom or a cosy studio (can up the pcm limit a bit for the right option).

However, I’m also interested in spacious shared flats (preferably with 1 other person max).

Preferences:
- Double bed
- Desk for working from home
- Fully equipped kitchen
- Good wifi

I'm Jane, 30, a working professional with a diverse multicultural background. I was born and raised in Japan and spent most of my life abroad, so it's hard for me to identify where exactly I'm from.

Right now I am building my own tech startup in the social impact sector while consulting other businesses on communications strategies. My clients range from other startups to global organisations like UN agencies.

As I work a lot, I tend to be a quiet tenant that doesn't organise flat parties or cause any noise at all.

In my spare time I volunteer, dance bachata, learn languages and sometimes switch between my other hobbies which include drawing, cooking, driving a motorbike (sold mine so that one's on pause) and more.
