I am a 56 yr old male looking for a room to rent in the Kidderminster/ Stourbridge area. This is due to working in the area as a landscaper for Mwl landscapes.
I am looking to pay approx £450/£500 pcm.
I’ve been working in this area for 4 yrs and it would be more convenient for me to move closer to my employment..
I am clean and respectful. I have a regular income meaning I would have no problems paying the rent
