Professional woman seeking central flatshare

Hi,

I've been travelling through New Zealand for a few months but I'm coming home for the rest of 2024 and I'm looking for a nice place with decent housemates!
I'm working as a freelance writer but may be taking up a part or full-time role in Preston too - so having a desk in my room is advantageous.
I'm tidy and considerate (and I can cook) :)

My ideal areas are Friargate, Broadgate, Ashton and Penwortham (central-south Preston)

I like a clean/tidy/chilled environment. I'm also pretty social so it'd be nice to live with likeminded people :)
