Looking for a new home!

Hi! I’m Daniel, a 26-year-old architect and scenographer, back in London after an intense academic voyage at Cambridge, where I researched rave culture as a collective spatial practice (I still can’t believe they let me do that for a degree).

I’m looking for a long-term home with a move-in date between late April and early June.

About me:
I am fascinated by people, talking to strangers, and doing new things. I keep fairly up to date with major exhibitions, go to the cinema regularly. I will track down the best local pub and I have an extensive list of restaurants and listening bars to visit, I love jazz, and a good boogie and I would love flatmates that are also excited about these!

For balance, I like my alone time, but generally live with my door open. Usually playing some ambient music on my vintage Japanese hi-fi while reading or drawing random stuff. I am always down to chat, be present, rant about bloody Edwina from work or watch a good doctor show together. If you like DIY, like to design stuff or DJ then I am your partner in crime.

I love hosting dinner parties about once a month. I’m the guy who will spend the whole day making stock (totally not worth it, btw just get a stock cube). I also go to the gym 4 days a week, box and am due to start my bouldering career.
I have shared houses for 8 years and the key is to be compatible while staying relaxed but respectful but yes – it is important for me to meet and chat about cleaning, heating, noise etc. to make sure we are on the same page – I am generally easy-going and like to put extra effort into making my home feel like one.

Despite being a professional "rave scientist," I’m not a party animal. I won't wreck the house. Ironically, my favourite part of a night out is the shower and the electric blanket after.
