Looking for third person for three bed flat

Me and my flatmate are looking for someone to join us in renting a three bed flat in central Manchester. We're still looking for the flat currently but have lots of options and have started viewings. We'd like a three bed as we prefer the layouts of them and currently live in one and love the dynamic.
We both met through spare room last year and get on great so we're hoping we can do the same this time around :)
We currently live in Salford but are open to most areas in the city centre such as Ancoats, Castlefield, NQ with a max budget of £550-600pcm each.

We both usually like to chill in the weekday evenings after work, usually sit together watching tv/chatting but equally enjoy our own space. Enjoy usual weekend activities, nights out, walks, food etc..
We like to keep a clean homely space and are very respectable of the common areas so would like someone similar 💫
