My dealbreaker is polite and respectful housemates at all times. We all are accountable to make a calm environment, so I prefer that rude behaviour isn't tolerated from any housemate, regardless of tenure. That being said, I hold no grudges, an apology is always accepted.

I'm vegan and meal prep rather than cook every day; I prefer sharing in clean houses; I like to chip in equally on upkeep and cleaning supplies. I treat others how I'd like to be treated.

Interested in a protected deposit scheme only! Prefer a locked room policy.
