2x double rooms or buddy ups!

Hey everyone!

We’re two males in our mid‑to‑late twenties looking for two double rooms in South West London, or to buddy up with 1–2 sociable, like‑minded people to find a place together. We’re open to different areas across South West London.

A bit about us:

Marley (29) — from Wales, living in London for the past five years. Works in finance at a fashion brand. Outside of work, loves all things sport and keeping active, especially weekend runs followed by a post‑run coffee and pastry.

Alex (27) — from St Albans, working in IT. Also loves sports and staying active. Always keen for a pub trip, a night out, or a chilled evening in.

About you:

1. Male or female — we currently live in a mixed house and would prefer to keep that dynamic.
2. A working professional.
3. Keen to make the house a home — sociable, friendly, and up for hanging out rather than just co‑existing.

We’re currently living in Tooting Bec and will be replacing ourselves on our current tenancy, so we’re in no rush. We’d love to grab drinks or a coffee beforehand to make sure the fit is right.

We’re flexible on budget, but ideally looking for something up to £1,100pm each. If buddying up, we’d be looking for people with similar budgets.
