Looking for a room to rent

My name is Madalina. I am looking to rent a room from mid June, as I will be relocating from Cardiff to Essex area to start a new permanent job. My moving date is flexible, can move in as late as July.

I am a 24 yo professional (25 by the time I will move) and I work full time in the medical engineering industry.

I am looking for a room in a house share or with live-in landlords that would be relatively accesible to links towards London and Southend-on-Sea (by both public transport & car).

In terms of living style, I have been in house shares for 6 years so I adapt well to new enviorenments and I mentain good communication with my flat mates. I like keeping my room& common areas tidy and clean and I am respectful of other people's spaces. I am friendly, quiet and calm, I enjoy socialising but also like my own space from time to time.

My new job is hybrid, I will be working 2-3 days per week from home, so I would need a place that could accomodate that .

My budget would be a maximum of a 700 with all bills included (but preferably less than that)
