Buddy up wanted

I'm looking to buddy up with someone and then move in to an unfurnished place as I have pretty much all my own stuff (which is currently in storage). I'm staying at my sister's so have a little bit of time to get to know someone but looking to move as soon as possible really.
Happy to buddy up with someone but not looking to move into an existing house share. Working professionals preferred, ideally similar to me i. e. Monday to Friday 9-5. I'm looking at moving into a house only, flats just aren't for me. I drive so areas aren't too big an issue and I'd prefer to buddy up with someone the same. I'm happier living further from town and getting more for you money or a garden.
Pretty laid back and relaxed housemate, clean, tidy and respectful. Pretty good in the kitchen and always happy to hang out and watch a film. Few beers or glasses of wine at the weekend is good too but nothing crazy.
