hey i’m looking for a house for july onwards while i finish my masters while working. I work in town so looking for something in cathays or not too far out. please get in touch.

i work full time so i might not be in the house too often. i also enjoy exercise, binging a netflix series and an occasional trip to the pub and after A LOT of persuasion maybe a night out every now and again. as long as your nice im happy.

also my amount pcm is just the rent amount from a previous property i can make room for a greater amount if necessary
