28 year old woman & pet cat looking for home

Hi I’m Becca (28) and Artie (5, cat) currently looking for a new home to live in. I work full time in safeguarding children and families. I have a lovely friendly indoor (hypoallergenic) cat called Artie! I’m looking for a double bedroom which allows animals. My cat is housetrained and has never damaged any furniture. He’s a big flirt and loves a cuddle! My budget is £600 pcm max and would also need this to have bills (or some bills) included.

I’m a social person and like a chit chat, but i also like my own space and will absolutely respect people’s privacy! I spend most weekends out on my paddle board or bouldering.

I’m not a big drinker and very rarely go on nights out, however if my house mates ever wanted to sit down with a bottle of wine and have a pizza and movie/games night or head out to the pub, I would happily join in with that.

I’m a very tidy person and have lived in house shares before so I’m more than happy pulling my weight and keeping the place tidy. I also ensure Artie’s litter is consistently cleaned and no mess from him is left (toys everywhere etc).
