I am recent post-grad student, currently staying in Epsom.
I work in a law firm based in Guildford.

ideally searching for a a double-bedroom with en-suite facilities.
Would prefer tidy and clean individuals, as cleanliness is next to godliness;)

Also open to buddying up -as long as flatmate(s) are clean, friendly&respectful of living space.

Looking to move from the end of April, as commute time to work is not efficient enough.
