Looking for a separate annex of some sort with own bathroom and basic kitchen. I would only consider a room in a shared house if it is significantly better than the one I have at the moment, and this one is only 3 mins drive from my work.
I am a 55 Yr old professional male.
I would not be using the room all the time as I will sometimes be staying elsewhere.
I do shift work, so some of the departure and arrival times will be early morning or late evening.
