Tidy apprentice for Brighton single room

I am a mature young professional working in financial services technology.

I am looking for a single room in a shared house or flat within walking distance of Brighton or Preston Park station.

I work in the London office every day, but will be around to meal prep once a week, clean and be an active member of a tidy and thoughtful home community.

My fiancée currently lives in the area. We are getting married next year, at which point I'll move out and we'll move into a new place together.

I enjoy meeting new people, reading, working out, playing piano and exploring Brighton.
