Room wanted in South Ribble

Hi, I've just been offered a job near Leyland hence why I'm looking for accommodation in the local area, preferably less than a 30min drive.
I'm quiet and very tidy. I love meeting new people and id like to have some degree of connection with my housemates rather than stay in our respective rooms. I would like to live with females but will also consider a mixed household.
