Looking for a room near city centre

Hello! I currently live in Newcastle and I’m looking for a room to rent close to the city centre since my tenancy is up where I currently live. I’m willing to go over budget provided the better amenities. I’m easy going and would appreciate clean surroundings but wouldn’t pick a fight over it lol. I like having the most random conversations and really just a roof over my head ahaha. I am a respectful flatmate and mostly keep to myself. I’m happy to provide any references from my current landlady.
