Looking for room to rent or buddy up

Hi, I’m 24 and currently moving from Leeds to Manchester. I work in tech and I’m looking for either a room to rent or the option to buddy up with someone to find a place. I’m open to areas across Manchester city centre and Greater Manchester.

A bit about me — I enjoy cooking, going to the gym, and staying active. I also like getting involved in activities. As a housemate, I’m quite chilled and balanced I enjoy my own space but I’m also happy to socialise.

I do work from home sometimes, but I’m easygoing, just looking for a place where everyone’s respectful and considerate of each other.

Cleanliness is really important to me, especially in shared areas, so I’d like to live with people who value that too.

I’m flexible when it comes to who I live with whether you’re more social or prefer your own space, I’m happy either way as long as we all get along.

In terms of the property, I’m open to house shares, including HMOs, but ideally would prefer a smaller household — around 2-4 people (6 max), but I’m flexible depending on the situation.

My budget is around £700 per month including bills.
