Double room or buddy up in Edinburgh

My name is Stuart and I am a teacher in Edinburgh. I am flexible with location in Edinburgh as long as the commute doesn't become too long. I am very clean, friendly and easy going.

I will be in work Mon-Fri during the day and I’m equally happy spending my free time socialising, going out and doing things or relaxing.

I’m looking for someone who is also clean and friendly and likes to socialise and open to doing things together in our spare time. I don’t really have a preference in age or occupation although professionals may be best just due to the council tax issue. I will be in Edinburgh for the foreseeable future, so ideally something long-term.
