Looking for a Room/Studio (end of May onwards) 🏡

Allow me to introduce myself : My name is Paola originally from Brazil and looking for a room ideally en‑suite in a relaxed house share, with 1–3 other people. (Maximum 4 if there’s more than one bathroom) I would be the only tenant, hoping to move in end of May or begging of June. When it comes to finding a place, my ideal location would be within a comfortable 45 minutes - by bus or tube from Bond Street station. This way, it'll be a breeze for me to commute to work.

About me:
Friendly, non‑smoker, tidy, and respectful of shared spaces, and easy to live with. I enjoy having a chat and being social but also really value personal space. I Full time Worker, but I also work from home as I’m begging my travel advisor business so I would need space for a desk in my room.

Outside of work I love dancing, travelling, and exploring new places. My days off mostly involve meal prepping, and I enjoy cooking and occasionally baking, so bonus if you like food! I can make you a very good Brazilian food. I don’t mind the occasional dinner party, but I’m not looking for a house‑party vibe. That said, I also really value a calm home - quiet weekends with wine, and Netflix are very much my thing.

• Move-in: April onwards (flexible for the right place)
• Budget: Around £1,000 with bills (can be slightly flexible depending on bills)
• Location: Anywhere in between Zone 1 -2 in London (if is further as long as it's close to the tube/train station)
• Terms: At least 6-12 months
• My only non‑negotiables: I’ll be bringing my own standing desk and a small shelves ( the rest I’m happy to use everything else the place has.)
