Seeking a double room close to Belfast

I'm a 27 year old software developer who is quiet, clean and respectful of spaces, and I have lived with flatmates before. I keep to myself but like to socialise too if others like to too. I like going to events including craft nights and the odd pub/nights out, music and gigs, as well as staying in.

I work from home ~3/4 days a week, and often away for 2-3 days - I'm typically away on the weekends, sometimes Friday to Monday evening. I visit family every other month when I can and usually go for 1-2 weeks. I also like to travel and will also be away some weeks during the year.

I'm a headphones over speakers type person and noise conscious. I try to cook during the day if I'm home, batch cook on the weekend, or wait until others have cooked, so I'm out of the way in the evenings for those working a 9-5 on their feet all day.
